Essential SEO Ranking Report Package Terms & Conditions

These are the terms and conditions of the Essential SEO Ranking Report Package.

1. Service Overview:
   The Essential Ranking Report Package provides monthly SEO ranking reports, competitor analysis, and recommendations based on up to 15 tracked keywords. This does not include any SEO tasks, but we can provide quotes to complete recommended tasks on request.
2. Billing & Payment:
   The service is billed at $99 CAD per month by credit card via Square. Charges are recurring on the same date each month unless canceled with 30 days’ notice.
3. Cancellation Policy:
   You may cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice (email is sufficient). No refunds are provided for any partial month of service.
4. Data & Reporting:
   Reports are based on a variety of industry-standard SEO tracking tools and are provided at the end of each month.
   While we provide actionable insights, results may vary due to search engine algorithm updates and other factors outside our control. Our tracking tools are safe to use and do not affect your website’s ranking through our monitoring and tracking activities.
5. Limitation of Liability:
   We are not responsible for any changes made to your website or third-party actions that affect rankings. Our role is reporting and recommendations only; implementation of SEO strategies is not included but can be addressed upon request at an additional cost with one of our proven SEO campaigns.
